Are winter prices starting to ease?   The Beacon, 10/11/2021

The Headline:   Prices through the winter drop on stronger North American fundamentals, but European gas prices continue to hold the market high.

The Bottom Line:    Seasonal weather forecasts and improving storage and rig count numbers helped to lower prices in Q4 2021 and Q1 2022.   Longer term prices, however, continue to creep higher, suggesting long-term pessimism about the global energy supply post-COVID.   Talk to Lighthouse before taking any action – a mistake on a buying decision in this market could be expensive.
